I can't believe how disorganized this hotel is! First, the check-in experience was a nightmare, waiting 45 minutes despite arriving at the check-in time. Then, being accused of trying to cheat on parking fees after just a few hours of use was ridiculous. And the state of the room? A broken towel hook, a loose bathroom light bulb, and the sight of men's underwear outside my window is unacceptable.

The hotel benefits from a perfect location, close to the center yet quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Free parking nearby was a major plus, especially since our van couldn't fit in the underground parking. The friendly staff provided helpful recommendations for local attractions, which enriched our stay.

In the room, issues popped up, the towel hook was broken, and the bathroom light hung precariously by wires. Parking posed a challenge with high fees and a convoluted payment process. The corridor and lobby were uncomfortably warm, and the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy at night. While there were positives, the experience was marred by these specific inconveniences.

This place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it after enjoying a lovely one-night stay.
